• Been a busy week mostly. Met up & caught up with people. Friday was a funny day. Went to the Doctors for another steroid injection & to use my time up outdoors I thought I would take the opportunity to catch up with several people on the next street. I called at three homes & no-one was home, so that was not productive. My weeks seem to be busy week in week out with catching up & meeting & developing & affirming relationships.
  

  
  I had a good day at a christian ladies conference, Shazia & Judith ( beloved sisters in Christ) & Myself. It was called "woman to woman: giving biblical help".We spent the day in prayer,worship & chose seminars to sit in. The whole thing went well. We listened to speakers & had a period in a group discussion. Shazia & myself chose "Getting practical-How to show you care" & Judith chose the "Recovering from addictive behaviors". I was torn between both & thought the "addictions" one would have been the better option afterwards. Judith kindly took notes for me as I couldn't write.  However when the women reformed in the main hall, a young lady spoke about "Addictive behavior". It was very interesting. She told her testimony, it was heartbreaking to hear the story of one so young, it was wonderful to hear how Christ had turned her life around. He had gotten pregnant,married,suffered abuse & was forced into divorce & lost her son. Many women are still in that situation today, through our prayers & listening we can make a difference.
  But for Grace,Love & peace placed in our hearts by our Savior we would be in a terrible dark place.  He brings us through the wilderness & into that glorious light. "Jesus is the Light of the World".
  
  My garden is looking better, due to kind friends giving up their time to help. Be nice to spend time pottering. Thanks guys xx
